- "J" has had positive experiences
with LBM's call centre:
Yeh I have been
looking at the website and all I seem to find is
your opinons about all this stuff to do with lbm.
I recently (a week ago) recived a call from lbm.
Calling on behalf of o2 and sure enough I had seen
this website and when I asked te agent did he work
a o2 he was quite open and said yes, and that he
was calling from the 'core outbound team' at Atlantic
point. And sure enought I gave him him my account
number and sort code like he asked for to do the
credit check (as my bank said this was Non-sensistive
information). I now have my iPhone thanks to that
gentleman. I think that you have had one bad experience
with this company and refuse to let go of a grudge
of some sort. If this company are fakes then how
would of I got my iPhone? And why haven't I had
my bank emptied of money? I fail to be able to see
you coming up with an answer for that. I will be
honest, I don't see you having the courage to reply
to this email. But I felt like I should express
my opinon to you as you see it fit to force your
opinon on to others.
