Thought
you might be interested in my experience with LBM
who called me earlier today from 0800 0641087.
The
caller first asked asked to speak to someone by
name who was n't available. He then asked if he
could speak to the person who dealt with our electricity
bills. He was told politely 'no' (it was the same
person who was unavailable). Before I could say
anything further he then said and I quote, ' What?
there is nothing f***king wrong with us!' He then
hung up. Amazing customer service don't you think?
What kind of people are they employing who think
that is acceptable behaviour?
I have emailed
LBM for their comments but unsurprisingly have not
received a response.
Keep up the good work
of advising people about this shoddy company.
