- "S"'s experiences are typical:
Thought i'd send you an email with my experience with this number (08000641087). I recieved the first phone call from them around 3 weeks ago, i was polite to the man on the other end (said his name was tony) answered all his questions (except the ones about my card details to get this 'fantastic offer') but he was very persistant- no matter how many times i said "i am not interested, i have just come out of a contract and don't want to go into another one" In the end i told them that i don't trust them, and there is no chance i would be taking this offer, to which he gave me the number of his 'manager' and finally let me off the phone.
I have never rung the number, and have unfortunately lost it now, but i can guarantee they would not have just let me off the hook.
I have since recieved 3-4 calls a day since then

- "A" has tried to get LBM to stop
calling, but without much success:
hi
there ! over the past month or so, i too have
been receiving calls off lbm. ( from 0800-064-1081).
this was only after ringing the number to find out
who it was. there was another number to ring if
you no longer wanted to receive cals from l b m
. this number (0800-013-665) is now free. i have
rung the number sveral times, entered my mobile
number, and it says should be removed in a few days.
this does not seem to work. so am contemplating
writing to l b m to see if that does the trick !
the calls can be several times a day, several days
a week !
